Appointment Guidelines

Clients should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Please note that there is no waiting area available.

Parking is provided for clients' convenience. Please avoid parking outside neighbours' properties or blocking any vehicles.

Glow Skin & Beauty does not assume responsibility for any damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

If a client is delayed, please notify Glow Skin & Beauty at 07725981251 to determine if the appointment can still proceed. In the event of a delayed appointment, the service remains payable, as the slot cannot be filled at short notice.

Pre-Treatment Preparation

Clients are encouraged not to wear makeup on the day of their treatment whenever possible.

Exfoliation should be avoided for at least 5 days prior to the scheduled treatment.

Clients who have undergone Botox or fillers are advised to wait 2 weeks before scheduling any relevant treatment.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge for the missed appointment.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show.

Minors Policy

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for all treatments.

Appointment Management

Glow Skin & Beauty reserves the right to cancel any appointment made with the salon or online if the appointment has been rescheduled more than 3 times.

Payment

Payment for services can be made via bank transfer, card payments, or cash for clients' convenience.

Gift vouchers issued by Glow Skin & Beauty have a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Aftercare and Patch Testing

Clients are expected to adhere to any aftercare instructions provided following their treatment.

Patch testing may be required in advance of certain treatments for safety purposes.

Liability

Glow Skin & Beauty shall not be liable for any adverse reactions or incidents resulting from failure to follow pre- and post-treatment guidelines.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Glow Skin & Beauty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any amendments.

By booking an appointment with Glow Skin & Beauty, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification.

Returns and Refunds for Products

Product Quality

Glow Skin & Beauty takes pride in the quality of the products we offer for sale. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns Policy

Clients may return products within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Clients are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned product. Glow Skin & Beauty reserves the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet our return criteria.

Exchanges

Clients may exchange a product for another of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, such as skincare items that have been opened or used, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gift cards and gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders for products may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning unwanted items.
